I have been on a major work out kick lately.  A few weeks ago I realized I had been eating pretty much whatever I wanted, drinking lots of wine, and not working out which meant I had gained weight…boo!  I have never been a huge gym rat but while I still lived in LA I was super into hiking Ruyon a few times a week and even when I was back in Lake Arrowhead I was going for daily walks or runs around our lake, about 3 miles.  Clearly, I have a thing for exercising OUTSIDE rather than being stuck on a treadmill but given the heat of our desert Summers that is simply not an option.  I found a great little yoga studio in my neighborhood called Peace Love Yoga that I have been going to once or twice a week.  I also made the commitment to actually go to the gym I pay for each month (since I signed my life away to them for 2 years…) and have been doing cardio/weights a few times a week there.

 I am always so much more inspired to go to the gym, yoga or for a hike when I have chic workout clothes to wear.  Lately I have been on a cute legging, interesting sports bra, loose tank kick but feel like I really need to step up my game and get myself even more motivated.  I love the back detail on these sports bras, I feel like I could easily throw a tank or tee over and go about my day without looking totally like I left spin class.  I also am beyond obsessed with all these colorful Nike sneakers.  I own the Air Pegasus 83 in grey/magenta (seen HERE) and they are seriously the most comfy sneakers I have owned and I am itching for a new style.
