During the peak of Summer heat I find myself struggling with looking chic and sexy for a night out without sacrificing comfort.  Let’s face it, no one wants to put on skinny jeans when it’s over 100 degrees at dinner time…am I right?  So, what do I put on to feel date night ready?

1. A pair of simple block heels – They are Summery, classic, and go with pretty much anything from skirts and dresses to shorts.  This pair is a touch more casual thanks to the wooden heel but you can easily do an all black or even colorful option with this.
2. A classic cami – You can’t go wrong with a simple, silky cami in black for date night.  It shows just enough to be sexy but paired with a light jacket or blazer it is the ideal layering piece.  This version is a silk/linen blend that I live in.
3. A statement bag – Chances are you have seen a version of the bamboo bag somewhere on your Instagram feed in the last few years.  The bamboo bag first made it’s debut back in late 2015 and Instagram “It Girls” have been rocking it ever since.  I love the casual vibes these bags give off plus they instantly make the most laid back outfit way cooler!
