Hey guys, how was your weekend?  This was the first full weekend Chris and I have had off together with no plans, no kids, no obligations in literally MONTHS!  It was so nice just to be lazy and not make any real plans.  We spent all day Saturday at home enjoying coffee on the patio, cleaning, doing laundry, and binge watching ‘Homeland’.  We started watching a few weeks back and are almost done with season 5, it’s honestly so addicting!  Are any of you watching???  Yesterday we had a nice brunch at home before heading to Desert Hot Springs to enjoy the natural mineral pools and a few drinks.  It was so hot that we didn’t last long before coming back to binge more ‘Homeland’ and nap.  The only plan we made all weekend was Sunday dinner at Mr. Lyons for their Prime Rib…seriously, it’s SO GOOD!  We spend 2 hours relaxing, eating, drinking, and just relaxing before curling up for more ‘Homeland’.

How cool is this iridescent jacket that I got my hands on last month???  It’s great for my early morning walks since it’s super light and I can’t wait to pair it with cut off shorts and sneakers!
