Raise your hand if you are as excited about Memorial Weekend as I am!  I have adored the Summer holidays (Memorial, the 4th, Labor Day) since I was a little girl.  To me they always meant fun, family, sunshine, friends, BBQs, time at the beach or lake, and an excuse to celebrate.  Now that I am older it’s also an excuse for some great shopping thanks to the crazy sales that surround these long weekends (ha!) and a chance to bring some color into my otherwise basic wardrobe.  I tend to gravitate towards classic red, white & blue while packing for these long weekends but have decided to incorporate some mustards and pinks into the mix this year.  We are heading to Lake Arrowhead for the long weekend and I am praying the warm weather sticks around long enough for me to enjoy lakeside tacos and Margaritas at Papagayos and hopefully some time on the water.
