There are many things I adore about Palm Springs.  The gorgeous weather, the stunning views, the laid back atmosphere, the great restaurants.  I also love the fact that on any given weekday I can park at The Riviera, lounge poolside with a specialty cocktail in hand, and pretend I’m on a vacation.  Bliss!

Yesterday my girlfriend and I decided that the only way to beat the heat we are experiencing in Southern California was to spend the day IN a pool.  We spent the day enjoying the tropical pool and cold drinks before heading West for shopping and dinner.
