It may be warm and sunny today but Mother’s Day was a blustery afternoon out in Cabazon.  I decided to scope out the discount shopping at the last minute and found some serious gusts waiting for me!  Although the deals were few and far between it was great to see the new additions to the premium shopping destination!  Over 40 new stores have joined the likes of Michael Kors, Barney’s Co-Op, and Nine West.  If you plan on visiting Southern California a day trip to Cabazon is a must on my list for the plethora of high end shopping in one (not so)small area.  If your goal is to make a weekend of shopping check out Morongo Casino & Hotel for a great stay, shuttles to the shopping destination, a lazy river at their Oasis pool, and amazing food at Cielo.
