Let’s think…where to begin?  It feels like it has been a while since I have shared consistent content with all of you and I feel like I say this every Spring but I’m sorry!  Living in Palm Springs means December – April is the busiest part of the year and my free time is virtually non-existent.  Now that “season” has wrapped up I plan to get my butt back on track and get lots of fun, new content up for you.  In the meantime I thought I’d share more details from my latest Instagram posts and a few photos that haven’t made it up yet.  Enjoy!

Have I ever shared how much I enjoy Cinco de Mayo?  Every year I think about where I want to go for guac and margaritas (and yes, I know that Cinco is about more than drinking) for weeks leading up.  This year I decided to take Chris on a date to a Palm Springs spot in our new neighborhood that we had yet to check out, El Mirasol.  Their outdoor patio is so beautiful (Chris even compared it to Cabo) and their Skinny Margs with Casamigos were heavenly!

My hunt for the perfect white jeans finally ended!!!  These Mother jeans are everything I have been looking for in white jeans!

Did you know that May was National Pet Month?  Sarge and I celebrated with a few extra trips to coffee shops and of course, a lake trip.

Our backyard is slowly but surely coming together.  We have been on a hunt for these colorful blankets to keep on the benches and finally found ones we love!

We went up to Pappy & Harriet’s (aka the best place for live music) a few weeks ago to see John Doe and a few other artists.  It is always so fun to be in the high desert (especially when it’s so much cooler).

I feel like a new restaurant pops up every week in Palm Springs.  A new favorite of mine is Paul Bar & Food on the border of Palm Springs and Cathedral City.  It’s a small, intimate spot hidden in a strip mall with killer cocktails and an innovative menu.

I am OBSESSED with these colorful beaded slides this Summer.

SURPRISE!!!! I finally chopped my hair!!!  After months of debating I just booked an appointment and did it.  I LOVE IT!  For those of you looking for a great stylist in the desert check out Courtney at Alankara on El Paseo!
