TGIF!!!  I get a lot of questions from all of you about places I post on my Instagram.  In light of the weekend (yay!) and the crazy amount of photos popping up on my feed this week I wanted to share a little gem that I love (and spent the week at) here in Palm Springs, The Amado.

I first came across the 5 unit AirBNB rental a little over a year ago and fell in deep love.  Like, the kind of love that leaves you a little sad when you are apart and elated when you are reunited, kind of love.  I was writing a weekly blog for Palm Springs Life and interviewed the crazy talented proprietor and photographer, Jaime Kowal, about The Amado and knew I had to experience it for myself.

Unit 5 is my favorite, offering 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen plus a full wall of windows overlooking the pool and yard.  This is now my second stay and I am ready to move in forever.

I adore the mix of Mid Century Modern design coupled with a desert chic feel.  The pillows and art (all Jaime’s photography) provide perfect pops of color and great Instagram worthy backdrops.

Yup, I made breakfast in the white and stainless steel kitchen every morning.  This  Sweet Potato Hash + Over Easy Organic Eggs is a Fall favorite of mine.

The Amado’s succulent game is on point.

Every turn provides another gorgeous view and new perspective.  (How major is this vintage patio set???)
