Like I said a few weeks back, navy is having a moment!  I actually bought this dress almost 2 years ago while working for a women’s boutique in Lake Arrowhead.  The initial purchase was to wear on 4th of July while working but it has since become a warm weather staple for me, especially when traveling!  I was in Newport & Balboa today and threw this little number on for an afternoon strolling around Balboa.
